I did not start at the top. I started as an HR intern. I learned this profession from the bottom up, worked through every level, and eventually led HR as Head of the department. That path, from intern to executive, is the foundation of how we work with every client.

Along the way I touched every kind of organization. Startups finding their footing. Family businesses trying to grow without breaking. Nonprofits doing mission-driven work with limited resources. Fortune 500 companies managing thousands of people. I have seen it all and worked through it all.

And the company itself has a story. It started in 2012 as The Davis Recruiting Agency, built around connecting the right people with the right opportunities. As my expertise deepened, it evolved into Davis HR Services, and then into what it is today: Empact HR Business Partners & Associates. Over a decade of real-world experience, shaped into one firm.
